Thank you for choosing TNA Nails & Spa. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:
- No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied, we will gladly fix or make it right. Please let us know during your appointment or contact us as soon as possible.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to take the next client. You may wait for the next available nail technician upon your arrival.
- Personal Belongings: Please keep all personal items with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your promptness and consideration are greatly appreciated.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Special Needs & Allergies: For your safety and comfort, please inform our staff of any special needs, medical conditions, or allergies that may affect your service.
- Right to Refuse Service: Our technicians have the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, appears intoxicated, or is being disrespectful. We may also refuse service if we believe a client’s health condition may affect the outcome of the service or if expectations cannot be reasonably met.
